As you know, Sarah's classes are about more than exercise, hence the name that encompasses the therapeutic nature to all of her movement-based classes, Sarahpy. Gain monthly access to the breadth of Sarah's teaching style from Vinyasa, to Yoga Sculpt, to Interval Training, and so much more.
2 Live Classes Weekly
Sweat, laugh, and be inspired right along with Sarah and your community 2 x's a week. Make getting to your mat that much easier with the accountability that comes with 8 live classes each month. Class days and times will be announced each Sunday so that you can plan your workouts for the week ahead of time.
Recordings Library
Enjoy unlimited access to Sarah's library of class recordings. Formats include Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa, Mindful Movement, and variety of creative combinations of all 3. Delve deep into the practices of Mindfulness and Meditation each week during a 60 minute educational and experiential group. Learn and practice a variety of techniques to help you master and demystify this ancient and life-changing skillset. Can't make the live group? No problem as each session will be recorded and added to your membership library so you won't miss a thing.
Recordings Library
Gain unlimited access to a variety of guided meditations on your computer or right from your phone via your membership site app. From Chakra balancing to Anxiety reducing experiences, you're sure to find the practice that's right for you.
